Packing approach

A calm process behind each parcel.

  1. Order preparation. The selected pack quantity is prepared for dispatch and checked against the order details available at checkout.
  2. Protective packing. Packs are arranged to reduce movement in transit and sealed for courier handling.
  3. Dispatch handoff. Completed parcels are handed to the relevant delivery partner for the destination area.

Storage-quality principles

Keep goods orderly, dry and protected.

We organise finished goods to support clean stock handling and clear pack identification. Public pages do not disclose restricted storage layouts, security procedures or other sensitive operational details.

Delivery timing depends on destination and courier routing. Major urban areas are typically 1–4 business days after dispatch, while remote destinations can take longer.
