Major urban areas
Typical delivery timing is 1–4 business days after dispatch.
Remote destinations
Some remote or less frequently served areas can take longer. Final availability and timing are confirmed before payment.
Delivery cost
Standard delivery is included with the three-pack in eligible Kenyan service areas. For other orders and destinations, the applicable delivery charge is shown or confirmed at checkout.
Payment & handoff
Pay when the order details are clear.
M-Pesa and bank card are available at checkout. The final price, delivery availability and timing are confirmed before payment.
If a delivery attempt cannot be completed, the courier or Mirenso may use the available order contact channel to arrange another attempt or a practical collection option where available. Additional courier charges may apply when a new delivery attempt is requested because the recipient was unavailable or the delivery details were incorrect.
