Terms for using the site and buying from Mirenso.
Using the site
You may use this website for lawful personal or business browsing, to review Mirenso products and policies, and to contact Mirenso. Do not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorised access, misuse content or use the site in a way that could harm other visitors or Mirenso systems.
Product information
Clear Day B5 is presented as a vitamin and botanical wellness powder. Product descriptions state composition, format and routine positioning; they do not promise treatment, prevention, guaranteed focus, guaranteed performance or a specific wellness outcome. Always follow the directions and warnings printed on the product label.
Orders and acceptance
Choosing a product option on the website does not by itself create an accepted sale. An order is accepted when the available product, delivery destination, final price and payment step have been confirmed. Mirenso may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if stock, delivery service or payment cannot be confirmed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings. Clear Day B5 is listed at KES 2,490 for one pack, KES 4,590 for two packs and KES 6,390 for three packs. M-Pesa and bank card are available at checkout. The final total includes any delivery charge shown or confirmed for the destination before payment.
Delivery
Courier delivery is available across Kenya. Major urban areas are typically served in 1–4 business days after dispatch, while remote destinations can take longer. Standard delivery is included with the three-pack in eligible service areas. See the Delivery page for failed-delivery and destination details.
Returns and cancellation
Eligible unopened goods can be returned under the Returns & Refunds policy. A request should be made within 14 calendar days after delivery. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Mirenso; once dispatched, the returns process applies.
Intellectual property
Mirenso branding, product names, website copy, original graphics and site design are owned by or used by Mirenso for this website. You may not reproduce them commercially or present them as your own without permission.
Responsibility and limits
Mirenso is responsible for supplying accepted orders in line with the published commercial terms. Delivery timing is an estimate because courier routing and destination conditions can change. To the extent reasonably applicable to the transaction, neither party is responsible for losses caused by events outside that party’s practical control. Nothing on this page creates a medical assurance or guaranteed outcome from use of the product.
Changes to these terms
Mirenso may update these terms when the website, product offer or operating arrangements change. The date at the top shows the current published version. Changes apply to future site use and future orders from the date they are published.
